3. Update Service and Access Restrictions
Our software updates are distributed via a protected content delivery network (CDN).
- Proprietary Bandwidth: The update network bandwidth is paid for and maintained by the Licensor. Access to update files is granted exclusively to licensed instances of the GDDKit client.
- Abuse and Hotlinking: You are strictly prohibited from hotlinking to our update files, sharing direct URLs to update payloads, or leveraging our update servers to distribute our software on third-party forums, directories, or platforms.
- Rate-Limiting and Network Bans: We reserve the right to deploy security firewalls to block, rate-limit, or permanently ban any IP address, user-agent, or network range demonstrating scraping behaviors, brute force requests, or unauthorized downloads of software packages.
- Legal Action: Unauthorized usage of the update distribution network to extract software components without purchasing a license is treated as data theft and software piracy, and will be prosecuted under computer misuse laws.
4. User Conduct and Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including graphics, text, custom illustrations, and the Astro codebase, is the property of camyesili. You agree not to copy, scrape, modify, redistribute, or build derivative sites based on this website’s design system or components.
5. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the update distribution services or revoke software update privileges if we detect EULA violations, license sharing, or automated scraping activities originating from your account or network nodes.
